My love story with Michael began in high school and although we consider ourselves high school sweethearts, we only met one week before I graduated. We somehow missed each other in the halls and at basketball games, but we believe fate brought us together at just the right moment! Our love continued to grow through our college years at CSU, bonding over our interests in traveling, Italian food, outdoor activities, and our dogs.
Just a few short months after I graduated from CSU, Michael took me on a surprise trip to San Diego where he had planned the perfect proposal at the Hotel del Coronado. As the sun was setting we went for a walk on the soft sandy beach. Little did I know a photographer was secretly following us to capture the moment Michael got down on one knee and presented the most beautiful Hearts on Fire ring I had ever seen!
