SALES ASSOCIATE - FULL TIME

Position Details:

• 38-40 hours a week with flexible hours. Tuesday - Friday, until 6:00 pm, and Saturdays until 5:00 pm.
• Closed major holidays.
• Benefits available for eligible employees (Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401K program)
• Paid time off.
• No previous jewelry experience is necessary, only a willingness to learn and an eagerness to succeed.
• Education reimbursement with the Diamond Council of America and the Gemological Institute of America.
• Jewelry and monetary spiffs for designer sales.
• Hourly base wage of $18.00 - $20.00, plus a competitive sales commission program that allows you to earn whatever you would like.  Sales Associates historically earn between $50,000 - $60,000 in total compensation, within the first year of employment, when successfully meeting or exceeding sales goals.  Seasoned professionals historically earn $70,000 - $90,000 in total compensation.

• Work with jewelry designers on merchandising and fulfilling customer wishes.
• Perform jewelry and watch inspections, estimates, and cleanings.
• Set up, take down, lift, and move merchandise and merchandise displays.
• Perform basic housekeeping duties to keep the showroom in immaculate condition.
• Perform security opening and closing procedures as outlined in Policy and Procedure guidelines.
• Maintain the safety and security of the location by following organizational protocol.
• Attend staff meetings and sales training as required.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodations.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Ability to pass a drug test and submit to a background check.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT STAFF -  FULL TIME

Position Details:

• 38-40 hours a week with flexible hours. Must be available 3-4 evenings Tuesday-Friday, until 6:00 pm and Saturdays until 5:00 pm.
• Closed major holidays.
• Benefits available for eligible employees (Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401K program)
• No previous jewelry experience is necessary, only a willingness to work hard and an eagerness to succeed.
• Starting hourly wage of $18.00, plus generous monetary spiff programs and bonuses.

Essential Job Expectations:

• A team player who enjoys working closely with fellow team members and management. 
• Is conscientious, timely, and possesses attention to detail.
• Willingness to train and develop professionally.
• Answer the phone and assist with customer inquiries cheerfully and pleasantly.
• Perform jewelry and watch inspections, estimates, minor repairs, and cleanings.
• Operate point-of-sale systems and use additional types of software accurately and proficiently.
• Perform basic housekeeping duties to keep the showroom in an immaculate condition.
• Assist the sales team in meeting the customer’s needs.
• Maintain the safety and security of the location by following organizational protocol.
• Must be able to periodically set up, take down, lift, and move merchandise and merchandise displays.
• Perform gift wrapping services.
• Attending staff meetings and training as required.
• High adaptability skills.
• Must be able to work quickly and efficiently, with a variety of team members.
• NO experience is necessary. We will fully train you for success.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.
