Sather’s Leading Jewelers Engagement Ring Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
Welcome to the Sather’s Leading Jewelers Engagement Ring Giveaway. By participating in this Contest, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

 
2. Eligibility
2.1. The Contest is open to legal residents of Colorado who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
 2.2. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sather’s Leading Jewelers, along with their immediate family members and members of the same household, are not eligible to participate.

 
3. Entry Period
3.1. The Contest begins on July 4th, 2025, and ends on August 31, 2025.
 3.2. Entries received outside of this Entry Period will not be considered.

 
4. How to Enter
4.1. To enter, participants must complete and submit the survey provided by Sather’s Leading Jewelers during the Entry Period.
 4.2. Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries will result in disqualification.

 
5. Prize
5.1. One (1) winner will receive a $1,000 credit toward the purchase of an engagement ring at Sather’s Leading Jewelers.
 5.2. The credit must be redeemed within two (2) years of the date it is awarded. If not used within that time, the credit will expire and be forfeited.
 5.3. The credit is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
 5.4. The credit cannot be applied to already discounted or sale merchandise.

 
6. Winner Selection and Notification
6.1. The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
 6.2. The drawing will take place within seven (7) days of the contest’s closing date.
 6.3. The winner will be notified using the contact information submitted in the survey.
 6.4. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days of the initial contact attempt, or fails to meet eligibility requirements, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

 
7. Use of Personal Information
7.1. By entering, participants consent to the use of their personal information by Sather’s Leading Jewelers for the purposes of contest administration and prize fulfillment.
 7.2. Participants also agree to receive future marketing and promotional communications from Sather’s Leading Jewelers. You may opt out at any time by following the instructions in the communication.

 
8. General Conditions
8.1. Sather’s Leading Jewelers reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest at any time without notice.
 8.2. Sather’s Leading Jewelers is not responsible for technical malfunctions, human error, or any other issues that may affect the entry process or the administration of the Contest.
 8.3. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sather’s Leading Jewelers, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability related to the Contest or the acceptance and use of the Prize.

 
9. Governing Law
9.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
 9.2. Any disputes arising from or relating to this Contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Colorado.
