Customer Care Technician

Position Details:

  • 20-30 hours a week with flexible hours. Saturday and occasional evening availability until 6:30 pm and occasional holidays a must.
  • Benefits available for eligible employees (Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance)
  • Paid time off, after the first year of employment.
  • No previous jewelry experience necessary, only a willingness to learn.

  • Is conscientious, timely and possesses an attention to detail.

  • Answer the phone, and assist with customer inquiries in a cheerful and pleasant manner.
  • Perform jewelry and watch inspections, estimates, minor repairs and cleanings.
  • Operate point of sale systems, and use additional types of software accurately and proficiently.
  • Perform basic housekeeping duties to keep the showroom in an immaculate condition.
  • Assist sales team in meeting the customer’s needs.
  • Maintain safety and security of the location by following organizational protocol.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule based on business needs that include: a few evenings each week until 6:30 pm, Saturdays, and occasional holidays. 
  • Must be able to periodically set up, take down, lift and move merchandise and merchandise displays.
  • Perform gift wrapping services
  • Attend staff meetings and trainings as required.
  • Must be able to perform these essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodations.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Ability to pass a drug test.


Sales Associate


Position Details:
  • 35-40 hours a week with flexible hours. Saturday,  2-4 evening availability until 6:30 pm and occasional holidays a must.
  • Benefits available for eligible employees (Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance)
  • Paid time off, after the first year of employment.
  • No previous jewelry experience necessary, only a willingness to learn.
  • Education reimbursement with Diamond Counsel of America and Gemological Institute of America.
  • Competitive hourly wage with commission program.

  • Are willing to develop sales techniques and train in fine jewelry product knowledge.
  • Operate point of sale systems, and necessary clienteling records using multiple types of software.
  • Work with jewelry designers on merchandising and fulfilling customer wishes.
  • Perform jewelry and watch inspections, estimates and cleanings.
  • Set up, take down, lift and move merchandise and merchandise displays.
  • Perform basic housekeeping duties to keep the showroom in immaculate condition.
  • Perform security opening and closing procedures as outlined in Policy and Procedure guidelines.
  • Maintain safety and security of the location by following organizational protocol.
  • Attend staff meetings and sales trainings as required.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule based on business needs that include: 2-4 weeknights until 6:30 pm, Saturdays, and occasional holidays.
  • Must be able to perform these essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodations.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Sales or customer service or related volunteer experience.
  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Ability to pass a drug test.
